For instructions on configuring your Obi 110 to act as an FXO AND FXS interface for your Asterisk PBX, visit this page. Also, make sure to set NAT=yes in Asterisk, and DO NOT register your device with the OBiTalk network to keep the device from constantly rebooting after you make changes via the local configuration web page. If you want to have your PBX phones ring when your home phone does, follow the instructions on the linked webpage and set a destination in FreePBX for the inbound Obitalk route which does not auto answer. So setting a destination of an extension or ring group is okay, but not an IVR.
